Brian Smith, Founder

Brian later transitioned to healthcare, serving in business development and marketing roles at TAP Pharmaceuticals, a division of Abbott Labs, and subsequently joined Morgan Stanley, where he built a thriving wealth management practice focused on advising high-net-worth individuals, including physicians, engineers, and entrepreneurs.

As a founder and creative strategist, Brian co-founded RedCrow, a digital-first investment platform focused on healthcare innovation, alongside Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee Jerry Harrison of Talking Heads. In addition to helping facilitate over $200 million in capital for 250+ healthcare companies, Brian led the charge in building RedCrow into an international brand, where messaging, digital storytelling, and brand cache were central to its identity and success.

Under his leadership, RedCrow formed strategic partnerships with institutions like Cleveland Clinic Ventures, and became a major sponsor of the Cleveland Clinic Global Innovation Summit, standing alongside major brands such as GE, Citi, IBM, and Quest Diagnostics. After RedCrow’s acquisition, Brian served as Senior Vice President at Alira Health, leading RedCrow within a broader global advisory ecosystem focused on life sciences and healthcare transformation.

Brian is now the founder of House of Eleventh, where he leverages his extensive background to support companies in branding, messaging specific to investor outreach, and broader marketing strategies. House of Eleventh focuses on crafting compelling narratives and market positioning to elevate clients’ visibility with investors and key stakeholders. Brian also actively supports select companies in business development roles, opening his network to identify and connect key investors, accelerating client growth and opportunity.

Additionally, Brian continues to lead his second venture, The Main Stage, a SaaS platform reshaping how companies raise capital through immersive storytelling and investor engagement. The Main Stage reflects Brian’s belief that great companies deserve powerful narratives, authentic messaging, and access to aligned capital.

To date, Brian has directly helped facilitate tens of millions of dollars in investments, presented to Fortune 500 CEOs, and been featured in Forbes, Entrepreneur, Barron’s, and Inc. He has worked with family offices, Grammy-winning and Rock Hall of Fame musicians, professional athletes, and serial entrepreneurs, serving as a trusted partner in driving growth and long-term value.

Outside of his executive work, Brian served on the board of the Boston Chapter of the March of Dimes, where he led the largest Walk for Babies event in the chapter’s history. He now serves on the West Coast Chapter of the Concussion Legacy Foundation, supporting education and research in brain health and sports related injury prevention. An accomplished photographer, Brian focuses primarily on landscapes and wildlife, capturing the natural world through a creative lens. Originally a Bostonian, Brian has resided in Northern California with his wife and daughters for the past decade.
